1.Admission Fee
All students must pay a one-time admission fee at the time of admission, as fixed by the school management and approved by the School Managing Committee (SMC).
2.Monthly Tuition Fee
Every student is required to pay the monthly tuition fee according to the fee chart prepared by the school. Fees must be paid within the given due date every month.
3.Fee Revision
The school management reserves the right to revise the fee structure when necessary, with prior approval of the School Managing Committee. Parents/ guardians will be informed in advance.
4.Mode of Payment
Fees may be paid through cash, bank, or digital mode, as instructed by the school office. Proper receipts will be issued for all payments.
5.Late Payment
In case of late payment, a late fee or penalty may be charged as per school rules.
6.Free Education / Fee Concession
As part of its social responsibility, the school provides 10% free education to poor, orphaned, and financially weak students, subject to verification and approval by the School Managing Committee.
7.Non-Refundable Fees
All fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
8.Non-Payment of Fees
Continuous non-payment of fees may lead to necessary action, including suspension of school facilities, as per school rules.
9.Approval and Implementation
This fee policy has been approved by the School Managing Committee and shall remain effective until revised.
